Welding has turned into steady work, prototype changes need tighter turns, or new work needs welding you don't do yet. We work out what makes sense to bring inside, then set it up with you.
And pipe isn't thin-wall aluminum. Every kind of welding takes its own skill, so training is built around the process, material, joints and code your work actually uses.

Yes. Each level is priced per welder, and a session takes up to 4 welders from your company.
Instruction, booth time, equipment, and practice material in carbon steel, stainless and aluminum at our shop. Inconel, titanium and your own part material are billed at cost.
Mostly in our shop in Vista. Add onsite days when you want us to finish on your equipment and parts, work through a process problem, or set up a new welding area.
Training builds the skill; it can't guarantee a pass, and we'll tell you honestly when someone is ready. Welder qualifications under AWS D1.1 and ASME Section IX belong to the employer. We prepare your welder, run the test, arrange the inspection or lab testing, and hand you the records to sign.
We'll tell you partway through, not at the end. Extra hours are billed at the same rate, and only with your OK.

No. We're not a public welding school. We develop welders for companies: your company picks who trains, contracts for it and pays for it.
