Do you build spools to ASME B31.3?
Yes. We shop-weld B31.3 process piping spools in stainless and carbon steel, to weld procedures qualified under ASME Section IX, with welder qualification records on file.
What paperwork ships with the spools?
Material certs (MTRs), weld inspection reports and test results, plus the WPS/PQR and welder qualification records for code jobs. Tell us what your spec requires and we’ll quote the package to match.
Do you do radiography (RT)?
When the job calls for it, X-ray (RT) and ultrasonic (UT) testing are done through an independent lab. Visual inspection, bend tests and dye penetrant (PT) are done in-house.
Can you work from our isometrics?
Yes. Send spool drawings or isometrics as PDF, STEP or DXF, with the quantity and need-by date. You get a written price and a ship date.
Where are the spools welded?
In our shop at 1485 Poinsettia Ave, Suite 106, in Vista, CA. Shop visits and supplier audits are by appointment.
