Prototype to production welding in Vista, CA
The prototype works. Now the next 200 have to match it, on a date you can put in the build plan. We check the first part against your drawing, build the fixture that holds it, and run production from the same setup.

What we weld, and who for.

From one part to a run.
- Send the drawing.
- PDF, STEP or DXF, the quantity now and what you expect later. You get a written price and a ship date.
- Part one, in its fixture.
- The fixture is designed in CAD and built before welding, in welded steel, 3D-printed or both. The first part is checked against your drawing before the run.
- The run.
- Every part after that sets up in the same fixture, so part 500 sets up like part one. Expedited runs when you need them.
- When it’s steady work.
- When a part becomes steady work, we can move the process into your shop, fixtures and procedure included, and train your operator. That’s Jones Welding Systems, our newest service.
